Our Commitment

At Gartenzentrum, we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged (broken, cracked, or structurally compromised)
  • The item received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items that have been used, planted, or installed
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product function
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Return Window

All eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@gartenzentrum.com with subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
  2. Include clear photos or video showing the damage or incorrect item
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a replacement/refund

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Shopify Payments
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs
  • We will provide a prepaid return label where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Perishable or live plant materials
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale at time of purchase
