Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays)
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers depending on your location and order size. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or via the link provided in your email.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all 50 US states
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time
- International shipping is not available at this time
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@gartenzentrum.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
